Data we collect and its purpose

Through the contact form we collect first and last name, company or organisation, role, work email, country, telephone, sector, project stage, type of need, project location and the description you write.

This data is processed for a single purpose: to review the technical context of your enquiry, respond to it and, where appropriate, propose a scope of work.

We do not use your data for advertising purposes, nor do we transfer it to third parties, other than the technology providers that make the form submission possible and only for as long as strictly necessary.

Rights of the data subject

To access, update and rectify your personal data.

To request proof of the authorisation granted.

To be informed about the use made of your data.

To file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.

To revoke the authorisation and request deletion of the data.

Enquiry and complaint procedure

Enquiries and complaints are submitted to gerencia@tarulla.com, stating the name of the data subject, a description of the facts and contact details for the reply.

Enquiries are answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days. Where this is not possible, the interested party will be informed of the reason and of the date of reply, which will not exceed five (5) business days after the expiry of the first deadline.

Complaints are answered within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days. Where this is not possible, the interested party will be informed of the reason and of the date of reply, which will not exceed eight (8) business days after the expiry of the first deadline.

Term

This policy is effective from 14 September 2026 and remains in force for as long as Tarulla retains the databases subject to processing.

Any amendment will be published on this same page, updating the date shown above.
